Stand Up For Women's Health Lobby Day

This Thursday, April 7th , thousands of pro-choice activists will be rallying in Washington D.C. for the Stand Up for Women’s Health Lobby Day. We will be sending a message to those on Capital Hill trying to push an extreme anti-choice and anti-woman agenda in Congress that the War on Women ends now!

Anti-choice politicians funded their campaigns on creating more jobs and restricting government have virtually ignored America’s needs and instead focused on restricting women’s reproductive rights and threatening women’s health. House leaders attempted to defund Planned Parenthood and eliminate Title X, depriving millions of Americans affordable preventive health services such as PAP smears, HIV tests, cancer screenings and birth control. Anti-choice politicians have advanced bills that would allow hospitals to deny women life saving abortion care, have the IRS audit sexual assault victims, and would punish small businesses and individuals with increased taxes in an attempt to end private insurance coverage of abortion care.

On April 7th we will fight back against this extreme agenda that is so out of touch with America’s values and priorities. Together we will Stand Up for Women’s Health.

It’s not too late to sign up for the Stand Up For Women’s Health Lobby Day in D.C. this Thursday.

If you are unable to make it in person, you can still support our cause by buying a Lobby Day t-shirt.

While I do not intend to attack anybody, please listen to what I have to say.

Abortion is murder, plain and simple.

The embryo (about eight weeks after the pregnancy begins, the embryo is called the fetus) is the baby, four months into the pregnancy there is a baby, six months into the pregnancy there is a baby, and nine months into the pregnancy there is a baby.

All stages of the pregnancy, the baby exists.

No human has the right to decide if another human should be born or not.

It does not matter the circumstance, abortion is wrong.

\"You are the one who put me together inside my mother\'s body, and I praise you because of the wonderful way you created me. Everything you do is marvelous! Of this I have no doubt. Nothing about me is hidden from you! I was secretly woven together deep in the earth below, but with your own eyes you saw my body being formed. Even before I was born, you had written in your book everything I would do.\" - Psalm 139:13-16 - CEV

I agree entirely with the first commenter. What do you say to the thousands of unborn women in China who are murdered because their parents are only allowed to have one child and want to have a boy? It is unfair to expect an unborn child to pay the ultimate price for his or her mother's mistake. Only about 1% of abortions are from women who were forced to have sex. If a women isn't ready to have a baby, she isn't ready to do what makes babies. I speak as a 14-year-old girl. It is unfair to punish a child for her parent's mistake. Even if the mother was raped, the child shouldn't be killed because his or her father commited a terrible crime. Christian or not, you can't ignore that there is no magic spell that makes a baby human the second his head leaves his mother's womb.
